Herman Bruns, owner of HBI Insurance agency, is a graduate electrical engineer and former IBM business consulting services manager. He brings many years of problem solving experience to the insurance business, and prides himself on being able to make complex insurance products easy to understand so that his clients can become very comfortable with their decisions. 

A resident of Suwanee, GA, he comes to Georgia by way of New Jersey and Connecticut.  He is supported at home by his wife Karen, and their two cats, Bugsy and Cali. Riding Harley Davidson motorcycles, playing racquetball, and home improvement projects take up much of the limited free time.

Outside the home, he is also a benefits specialist assisting a variety of sponsored associations to find the best insurance products for the members of their group.
